What does Amoveo do?

Amoveo designs and engineers modular buildings that meet site-specific requirements and comply with the relevant standards. We select manufacturers that can build to our specifications; use high-quality materials and construction methods; have a high manufacturing capacity; and can meet our lead times. 

Amoveo project manages and supervises each order, which includes our quality control, transport/logistics, local fit-out and installation functions.

What are modular buildings?

Our modular buildings are based on steel framed modules that are easy to transport and assemble on-site.  Their modular structure makes them easy to connect to other modules and they are flexible in design.

Amoveo's clients include many of Australia’s largest mining companies as well as Government Departments, caravan parks and construction companies.

Amoveo also has a stylish new solution for those wanting affordable/remote housing.  Our typical customers are home builders and developers building 5 or more homes at a time.

Amoveo’s designs are tailored for large scale projects with orders for multiple units.

Manufacturing Capacity
Our manufacturing partner has over 1200 staff, including 50 world-class engineers. Over 15,000 units can be produced annually. 

Designed for your Requirements
Each product comes with optional extras that will ensure your requirements are met.  Options include styled roofing, cladding and furniture/appliance packages.

Regional/site specific compliance requirements can be catered for and entirely new custom designs can be created for large projects.

Durability and Quality
Amoveo’s units are robust. Around the modern interior design is a strong steel structure. Stringent thermal, chemical and structural testing and adherence to regional/site specific requirements results in remarkable longevity.

Each building has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Compliance
All units are built new, from the ground up, to Amoveo's design specifications. Our local architects and engineers design products that meet local requirements.

Amoveo's units aim to meet all relevant BCA, OH&S and regional/site specific requirements. Units can achieve Cyclone Ratings for Region D. Extensive manufacturer Quality Management Systems are in place including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

How quickly can Amoveo products be delivered?

Typically Amoveo products can be on-site within 12-15 weeks from order (subject to confirmation at time of order).  This lead time is quicker for stocked items.
